My Brother, Friends and Dead Week.

our ONLY "brother" left today. Jess and I always called him our own brother because we never had one and we were so close to him and the whole Long family. Jess sent me the wrong picture so I am only able to post one picture. Good Luck Tom and I cant wait to get your emails and letters to see how everything is going! WE LOVE YOU TOM!! :)

Over the weekend Jess met up with Lynds and Mark Asper, a friend from high school. They got to see his baby girl :) I member growing up and at grid kid cheerleading practice Mark had his own cheer. We would be practicing on the lawn outside of the high school and Mark would just be leaving football practice and he would always join in our "bang bang choo choo train come on panthers do your thing.." It was a blast! His little girl is so cute!

Lynds' surgery is tomorrow! Good Luck with it Lynds! Hope it goes well and you will be better feeling soon! We love you!

Its dead week this week and I'm so excited!! As of my last count down a lost has change, now I only have 3 more classes left, 2 hours 15 minutes, 12900 minutes, and then four finals! I'm checking out of my dorm on Wednesday and going to stay the night at Sissy's that night and the next because I have a final on Friday! Seriously those are the worst, well I guess not too awfully bad, but still I had one last semester Friday and I couldnt wait to get outta here!! I cant wait to be home, and I'm sure Mom and Dad are excited for Jess and I to be there too! haa and for TORNADO JESSICA to hit the living room too :]

Dad in Cali

Here are some pictures Aunt Barbie emailed me with Dad visiting Grandma. I'm excited for him to get back here so I can hear all about his trip. The first picture is Uncle Charlie, cousin Nate, cousin Aaron and Dad. Then Grandma's kids. And last Grandma and her "sweet babies" :) Looks like you all are having a blast. (and not to mention that dad is in shorts so that means its super nice there, I wish it was that nice when Jess and I were there)

Last night Lynds, Taylor, and Jay came down for Jeff Dunham!! It was so much fun! These two boys made the picture look like only Lynds and I were excited to be there so way to go ha ha :) But no it was a blast. We had great seats off to the side on the ground! Way to go guys :) Jess and Luke went too, he bought her tickets for her birthday, but we weren't able to sit even close to them but we saw where they we sitting at. Dad is in Cali right now with his side of the family. His brother and him flew there earlier this week to surprise his mom. I haven't had the chance to call him to see how is trip is, but I've been talking to mom and she said grandma cried when she saw dad :) I cant wait til he gets back home so I can hear all about his trip.

Things are starting to wind down here at school and I cant believe my first semester is two weeks from being over!! I had so much fun my first year of college! Its so crazy to see how much I have changed by growing up, living on my own,

learning new things, and meeting some amazing people. Bree is also counting down the days with me too. She tells me everyday that there is only so many days left with her until the summer.. She keeps joking with me that I'm going to miss her like crazy! I really truly am!! She has been there for me in everything this year. Yeah we but heads every once in awhile, but who doesn't ha ha :) I love this girl so much and she has taught me so much about myself! I'm going to miss you so much Bree, but I cant wait until next year to let our friendship grow even stronger!

My SISSY is 21 today!!

Happy Birthday Jess, you are the best sister ever. well even though you are my only sister I still think you are the best. Youve always been there for me and you mean so much! Im so glad that everyone thinks we are twins because you are beautiful and I wouldnt want to take after anyone else. You are not only my sister by my best friend! I would be lost without you in my life. You are a huge influence on my life, a wonderful role model and a great friend. You accomplish anything you set your mind to and I know I can always count on your. I love you very much sister.

It was fun to look through pictures to see how much you have changed while you grow up. You are loved by many and I cant wait to spend the rest of our lives becoming even closer :)

We celebrated Jess's Birthday yesterday before we left. Im so excited, I finally got to give Jess her present. She was so excited that when she was done reading the receipt she got tears in her eyes!! I cant wait to go to Taylor Swift with her :)

Its finally getting warm outside! This weekend its going to be 50` to 70` on Sunday!!

oh my my I cant wait :) I cant wait until summer. So the countdown is on three weeks left, 21 days until home, 21 classes left, 10 class days, 1350 minutes, 22.5 hours ha ha I'm in the summer mood as you can tell :) I registered as a SOPHOMORE last night and it feels great!! I have some fun classes sign up for and some difficult ones. This will be the first semester Jess and I wont have classes together which stinks :( but I'll still see her around which is nice. Not much is too new.

Mom came down on Tuesday for Mr. ISU. We enjoyed ourself. I miss doing those for cheer. Jess did a great job planning it and got recognized at the end :) Great job Sissy :)

Jay came here also on Tuesday for a golf tourney. It was an accident too how I found him, I've never been to this course so Bree and I pulled up directions and it seemed like it was taking forever until I saw some people golfing so I pulled into the subdivision to see maybe if we could see the clubhouse. When we pulled in Bree and I looked at the golfers and the hole to the right of us Jay was there :) it was such a coincidence that it was him at that hole :)

so I was able to watch him for a little, I got this video of him at the hole, which stinks cuz I didnt have my camera so its on my phone, but hey its the thought that counts right :)

He has another tourney today in idaho falls, GOOD LUCK JAY!!

Jess and I are going to home tomorrow after she does some service for KDP for her education program. It will be nice to be home :) Its Thomas's farewell so I'm excited to see everyone again and Tom one more time before he leaves. Tom I'm going to miss you so much! We grew up together and became such close friends.

Yesterday was Grandma Bakers birthday!! She told me on the phone that she was turning 20 :)

Hope she had a great day and we miss her so much!

Fun filled weekend at home :)

Jess and I were able to go home this weekend for Easter and spend time with the family. Friday we all went to dinner and Mom and Jess made these little treat bags for a class Jess is taking. The bags turned out so cute I wish i would have gotten a picture of them to share, I'll see if mom has one. I went to Jays flag football game and spent time with Bonnie, Garry, Lynds and Taylor. It was good to see Lynds and Tay because I havent seen them for a little while. After the game Jay came up to the house and spent time with my family and just hung out.

Saturday Mom, Jess and I went shopping for a little bit at a few stores. I cant wait until summer time for it to get all warm and I can wear shorts :)

After shopping I met up with some high school friends that were home for Easter. I had a blast with everyone. It was so good to see everyone and hear how they are doing in school and what they are up to. We went to Craigos for dinner, then bowling and the traditional BUNKO that night :) it was so fun to play again! I think its been since last February or March since we last played.. we had to even freshen up everyones mind on how to play, now that is a clue saying its been too long :) it was so much fun playing with everyone, we sure missed Kolb, Tyson, Jay Dee and James :(

After we finished 30 games of bunko we just hung out in the living room laughing at Jon and Marc, literally they were the stars of the talk.. making everyone laugh :)

here are a few pictures of the night. I didnt get any of dinner, but i got some at bowling and at bunko to send to the boys that werent there.

Bowling was fun, Jay was the winner in my lane, and Logan and I were neck and neck all night long. He told me that there is "no way I would be able to beat him" but when the game was all over with haha I beat him :) the picture isnt very good but it got Logan's score, 102 and mine 110.. that is all that matters haha had to get proof somehow :)

Nothing really new...

Its starting to get so nice outside and I'm getting excited :)

I cant wait til summertime... Nothing is really new with the family, but some exciting things happened yesterday :)

I got accepted as a peer instructor for First Year Seminar offered at ISU. I'm so excited to be an instructor because I loved this class when i took it last fall and I cant wait to be apart of the new freshmen's experience. I also got an interview set up for next week for ambassadors :)

I'm very thrilled to be chosen for an interview. Jess will have her evaluation coming soon. It would be so much fun to be involved with her again just like we were in StuCo in high school. Man I miss those days. Jess and I are coming home for Easter this weekend and we are excited it seems like its been forever since I have been home, but it was like two weeks ago :)

Ooh but just one more thing before I head to class, yesterday Bree and I were running errands and decided to treat ourselves to dinner at Taco Johns.. well if you register your email address, just on www.tacojohns.com, then you get a coupon for a free cinnamon bite! they are delicious :) we had some yesterday and they remind me of those good ole tiger ears at the fair, just smaller :) and them when i was telling mom about it she told me that she did the same for TGIF and you get something like that too, but I think she said an appetizer and a meal for a penny!! Wow now that is a good deal :) Hope everyone has a good Easter :)

Dusty Dirty, Loudness, but lots of fun!!

Last night was the MONSTER TRUCKS!!

We all had a blast and got very dirty with all the dirt from the trucks. We were excited to be there, even though I didnt get a good picture haha looks like I was the only excited one :) jk but they had a fun time too. Cole and Mitch were laughing all night long. This year they added motor cross races which was fun. The boys sure enjoyed watching those races since they have their own bikes. It was so cute they had little kids that were racing in a group aged 4-6 years old! If i was them I would of been freaking out because they were going over the same jumps and bumps as the older aged riders, a few of them got stuck over some of the steeper jumps but they were so cute! They had a few different trucks this year than they did last year which made it even more fun. They even had the lady driver back this year. They also added a new truck, not sure what to call it. Cole really enjoyed it, it was a truck looking thing that had a dinosaur come out of the top and grab a car and chew it up. It was pretty cool and I wish i would have gotten a picture of it. It blew out fire which was pretty sweet too. When it was time for the monster truck free style two of the trucks couldnt participate because they broke something while racing, but when the rest went they all broke something so they didnt get to crunch alot of cars which kinda stunk, but I was able to get a video of Big Foot and ended up being the winner of the night. :)

Before we went to the trucks we went to Senor Iguana's which is definately my favorite mexican resurant here by far. Jay likes it a lot too so its even better when he comes I know where he wants to go and I dont even mind :) When we got there Jay told Cole and Mitch that they should get the one foot burrito because it is so good. Well when the plates were set infront of the boys Coleson's mouth dropped and Mitch's eyes went huge!! I wish i got a picture because words can not describe their faces. They didnt believe how huge these were!! They enjoyed them and Cole and I chowed down on the yummy salsa and chips all night :)

I had a blast spending time with Jay and his brothers. I can't wait to go to the monster trucks next year :)

Today I finally got tickets for Saturday night for the MONSTER TRUCKS!! Lynds, Taylor and Jason got me hooked on these suckers and we get to go again. Lynds and Taylor cant come with us this time which is a bummer, but Cole and Mitch are coming..

Cant wait til Saturday rolls around :)
